I specialize in working with teens, young adults, and adults who are struggling with eating disorders, body image issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. I believe you are the expert of your own life.
