I work with individuals on unmasking and becoming themselves and living in ways that they want to. I also have a passion in helping people process through trauma, be it a large traditional trauma or something that people feel may not be recognized as a trauma but has been impactful anyway. I work with children, teens and adults on processing emotions, finding ways to work through them and communicate them, and building their lives in ways that will serve who they are as a unique person.
