I work primarily with children aged 6+ who have experienced trauma, and adults who care for them as parents and/or professionals. The children I see are often navigating complex dynamics at home and/or school, and experiencing difficulty with issues such as self-regulation, anger, and anxiety. Adults often report struggles self-regulation, creative motivation and professional burn-out. "(My child) woke up at 6 am the last time he talked to you because he was so excited to chat!
