I work with young adults navigating trauma, addiction, anxiety, or are learning how to have healthy relationships after growing up in dysfunction. I combine my training in CBT therapy, certification in Yin Yoga, and personal experience in long term recovery to help you live a life no longer defined by your past experiences and grow into your authentic self. If traditional talk therapy hasn’t been enough, I offer a mind-body-spirit approach to healing trauma, anxiety, and addiction. Together, we’ll calm the nervous system, reframe limiting beliefs, and help you reconnect with the version of yourself that feels grounded, whole, and fully alive.
