Therapy should be welcoming, warm, and it should feel safe. These are some of the things I'm focused on in the therapy room for my clients. I hope to provide you with the support you're looking for, from a real-life person who offers curiosity, humility, understanding, and a healthy dose of humor. I work with (but I am not limited to) depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use and co-occuring disorders, and many issues related to LGTBQ+ identity. Accepting Anthem Blue Cross, Cigna, Tufts HP, Harvard Pilgrim, and United / Optum. I'm able to work with clients in all of NH & MA as I am licensed on both states.
