As a therapist, my goal is to help you break free from those patterns, reconnect with yourself, and build a life rooted in healing and self-trust. With over nine years of experience in case management, crisis intervention, individual and group therapy, I understand how isolating mental health struggles can feel. I utilize a lot of evidence-based approaches that help recreate that bond that gets lost, especially when anxiety rears its ugly head.
