Hi there! My name is Morgan Spires, and I am a licensed professional counselor. I practice from a person-centered approach, considering a client's emotional, social, spiritual and physical health. I aim to provide a safe and empathetic space for each of my clients. I often involve family members in the therapeutic process if it' beneficial for my clients. I believe in treating the entire family, as opposed to just the individual. I work with kids, teens, and adults. My experience is working with a variety of issues including: anxiety, OCD, ADHD, self-esteem, and coping skills development. I specialize in CBT, Inference-Based CBT, and ERP, also utilizing play therapy for my younger or less verbal clients.
