Every person has a unique and valuable story to tell. Through my work as a social worker and mental health therapist, I strive to provide validation, empathy, and compassion to your story. You might be struggling to manage anxiety, depression, relationships, or maybe just life in general. I believe every individual is the expert in their own story and has the ability to create the life they desire; sometimes, you just need an unbiased individual who will listen and support you along the way. My job is to provide you with the tools to feel confident with navigating relationships, stressors, and life’s challenges that negatively impact your mental health. We can all benefit from encouragement from someone who “gets it” in a safe environment where you feel comfortable to work towards your own goals.
