Amanda is passionate about partnering with her clients as they pursue healing and growth and aims to respect each individual with whom she has the privilege to work. She is honored to help empower her clients to face “icky” things from the past for the sake of freedom to live organically in the present moment. Amanda is and EMDRIA-approved consultant in training and certified in EMDR, which is an effective form of therapy in treating a myriad of issues and concerns including anxiety, depression, relational problems, trauma, and more. She also holds a certification in Trauma Model Therapy and has completed training in DBT and ACT.
