I’m a California licensed marriage and family therapist with a master’s degree in counseling psychology, a bachelor of arts degree in psychology and 7 years of professional experience as an associate and licensed psychotherapist. I've enjoyed working with many clients as they navigate stressful life events and find success in reducing symptoms related to grief and loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem and interpersonal difficulties. I see individuals, couples and families. My approach is collaborative and I strive to foster an open and safe environment that serves to optimize your growth and healing.
