Welcome. I'm a therapist, author, and poet. I approach healing through a relational framework focusing on existential, spiritual, and creativity wounds. I often weave writing and poetry as contemplative practices to cultivate intimacy and belonging. In our time together we'll work on re-orienting towards life with a mindful attitude centered on attention, awareness, acceptance, and awe.
