I help clients navigate grief, loss and life's most difficult seasons through nontraditional, creative approaches that encourage healing, growth, and self discovery. My work often blends art, play, and unique therapeutic experiences to meet each persons needs. As a BIPOC therapist, I offer culturally conscious care and a safe, understanding space for those who value connection and shared experience. I believe grief, while deeply painful, can also be a time to build new skills, reframe your story, and become the best version of yourself. Together, we'll create a path toward resilience and hope I offer unique ways to heal, including tattoo therapy—using art on skin to express, process, and reshape personal narratives.
