I believe that using a client-centered and unbiased approach are essential for building trusting therapeutic relationships. My methodology is shaped by psychodynamics theories and evidence-based practices, enriched by my clinical and personal experiences with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures. I often integrate techniques from Narrative Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy into my sessions.
