I am very passionate about working with teens & adults who are experiencing imposter syndrome, perfectionism, performance anxiety, paralysis, fear of failure, self-doubt, stress & burnout. The individuals I support, often struggle with navigating their academic, social and professional spaces because of internal and external pressures rooted in sociocultural issues.
