You are not really sure what you may be feeling, but you do not feel like you. Something feels off. Maybe you have gone through some recent life changes and want to feel connected to yourself. I offer a person centered counseling approach, integrating specific trauma therapy such as EMDR and somatic therapy. Somatic therapy may include yoga sensitive therapy, breathing techniques, Reiki and meditation. Along with combining aspects of Gestalt with exposure therapy.
