Currently Accepting New Clients (updated Oct 2025). I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in both WA and ID offering therapy in person and online to clients ages 18+. I utilize a variety of modalities to best meet clients' individual needs and work with many different presenting concerns, including mood and anxiety issues, eating disorders/body image concerns, PTSD and trauma work, interpersonal relationships, college and career counseling, parenting and postpartum issues, and stress management. ​Please e-mail or call to set up an initial appointment and I look forward to working together. My therapeutic emphasis is trauma-informed and mindfulness-based. I believe that increasing awareness of our patterns and their roots creates a path toward healing and living a life more aligned with our values. I also believe in the importance of our relationships and how these impact our experience in both past and present.
