Dear Reader, my journey to practicing psychotherapy started over 20 years ago. I have over 15 years of experience practicing psychotherapy to individuals ages 3-100 (yes, my oldest client was 100 years old, imagine this person's experience and wisdom!). The sum of my experience has shaped me and provided me with an insight into human suffering. It has taught me great patience, compassion, empathy and understanding of our unique situations.
