Being a woman of color, who is a part of the LGBTQIA+ community, I take pride in making sure my clients feel seen, heard, and supported in a safe therapeutic space. I have experience helping clients with anxiety, depression, anger management, improving communication skills, working on improving self-esteem/self-image, implementing healthy boundaries, PTSD, substance use/addiction, trauma, and helping adolescents with sexually maladaptive behaviors, and life transitions.
