Feeling like you’re not really there, disconnected, on-edge or maybe even a little alien like? When you’ve experienced trauma, harm, or high stress environments it can leave us feeling overstimulated or detached. This can make it hard to see the other side, which is why I'm here to go along this path with you. I specialize in working with the aftermath of trauma and violence, neurodivergence, identity exploration, existential thoughts, psychiatric harm, and interpersonal relationships. I often work with black/multi-racial persons, LGBTQIA2S+ folk, those with disabilities, college students, and those experiencing life transitions. My approach is rooted in empowerment, interpersonal dynamics and liberation. I strive to find techniques and tools specifically for you, so you walk away from each session feeling like we have truly done the work.
