I have been licensed as a clinical social worker for 15 years. During that time, I have worked with highly diverse populations and needs. Besides providing psychotherapy, I have been a professor at Sacramento State University in the School of Social Work for nearly 10 years. I work primarily with adults who suffer from symptoms related to depression, anxiety, and stress. We work together to develop skills and habits that mitigate symptoms while leveraging your strengths and resources.
