Therapy provides us space to recognize that regardless of our unique experiences, we all possess innate resilience. My focus is supporting clients in moving beyond merely surviving and towards joy, connection and liberation in order to truly thrive. My practice centers working with people of color, marginalized communities and allies to find healing and growth from depression, trauma, racism based stress, anxiety and burnout. I bring an anti-racist, anti-oppressive, social justice lens to my work. I have spent my career helping young adults feel safe, seen and understood.
