As a licensed clinical social worker and therapist, I believe prioritizing your mental health is the key to happiness and stability. I’ve been practicing for 8 years, but in the last half, I have shifted my main focus to clients aged 15-40 who are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationships, and life changes and phases. As a relational and solution focused therapist, my approach is welcoming lasting change. The healing of trauma and PTSD with use of EMDR therapy is a valuable approach to processing and resolving traumatic memories.
