You may be tired of performing, or there is a truth you've been circling that disrupts the story you’ve been living by - the story that keeps you stuck. In my work, we don’t just recount your week. We look at what you’re protecting, what you’re avoiding, and who you've learned to become in order to survive. We pay attention to the parts of you that are angry, contradictory, weird, desirous, and inconvenient, the parts you’ve edited to feel loved or wanted, or just to fit in.
