My goal for any client that I meet is to help them to reach their optimal health and well-being. Whether that be to provide a space to process, problem-solve, or learn skills to develop self-efficacy and confidence. I hope to provide supportive counseling using MI, CBT and DBT- Informed approaches so a client may be the best version of themselves and live fulfilling lives.
