I provide individual psychotherapy to those navigating mental health difficulties and other stressors. My aim is to provide a safe space in which patients can process their life experiences and gain insight into their behaviors, patterns, and relationships, which can lead to welcomed change and greater fulfillment. I specialize in working with people with depression, anxiety, trauma, and family and relationship conflict, as well as those exploring their identities and seeking increased self-awareness and improved attunement to others. I work with adults and teens and also have extensive experience treating children and caregivers.
