Hello, I’m Dr. Nadine Gardner, a licensed clinical psychologist with more than 25 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults through a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life. In my private practice, I provide individual psychotherapy and work collaboratively with clients on concerns such as anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, trauma, family stress, relationship difficulties, and learning or attention challenges.
