I specialize in helping adolescents, adults, and families navigate a wide range of issues, including anxiety, family-related generational trauma, sexual concerns, PTSD/Complex trauma (such as sexual abuse, domestic violence, neglect, and adoption trauma), attachment challenges, and occupational stress, especially for first responders. Whether we work together in person or telehealth, my goal is to foster a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where healing and growth are possible. Fluent in both English and Spanish. As an EMDR Certified, Trauma-Focused, Certified Sex therapist, I integrate techniques like EMDR, somatic treatments, psychodynamic, client-centered, and attachment-based techniques to support your unique healing journey in an inclusive space. I also offer a safe and culturally sensitive space for those exploring kink, polyamory, or alt lifestyles.
