I take a person centered approach which means you are in charge, we go at your speed, and things should always be comfortable for you in therapy. I work to foster an environment where my clients can feel safe and comfortable. I am experienced working with Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Single Parenting, Marital Issues, Divorce, and Infidelity. I work with clients to remove the emotional barriers in order to live a happy and healthy life.
