I have enjoyed 40 years of offering relationship based/ client centered therapy to clients, with an emphasis on helping adolescents face and successfully navigate personal, social , and academic challenges. Utilizing a combination of individual, group, and peer counseling, I strive to cultivate strength and confidence , which is the foundation for self -esteem and conducive to dynamic personal change. In addition to meeting clients in my office , I provide in-home and Skype sessions upon request for those unable to travel or who prefer a "non traditional" setting.
