Therapy can be a very rewarding and empowering experience, particularly when it is achieved in collaboration with a trusting, nonjudgmental, nurturing therapist. I enjoy being a therapist whom people feel comfortable with and can trust to help them. My work centers around helping children (ages 3+), adolescents, and families make positive changes in their lives. I work collaboratively with parents, as they are essential in the therapeutic process. Collaboration also often includes work with schools and other professionals.
