Relationships are hard. Two unique individuals attempt to come together to achieve understanding, each person desiring to be seen and heard by the other. Cycles exist which go into autopilot repeat every time feelings are triggered. This is the human condition. Feelings often dictate behavior as both show up to the other in undesirable ways. Whether it be a relationship with a spouse, a parent, or partner, all relationships have the same general patterns which are learned when we are young and repeated throughout life. Until someone tells us how we can change, our efforts to change seem useless. We don't know what we don't know. My relationship with my clients is one of self exploration seeking to define your best self. With me by your side, we will explore how your thinking and feelings influence your behaviors to decide what you want to change to grow toward authenticity, truth and healing.
