I am Nancy (Nan) Fredrick, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with 10 years of experience in the mental health field. I work with adolescents and adults who are coping with or preparing for life’s struggles. I am passionate about meeting my clients where they are in their journey, supporting them, and gently challenging them to do the best they can with their current resources while encouraging the development of new ones. I specialize in helping clients with adjustment issues, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and grief and loss. My own experiences of navigating transitions, including a mid-life career change from manufacturing and supply planning to counseling, inform my empathetic and practical approach.
