I am passionate about helping you achieve satisfaction, differentiation and empowerment in all of your relationships, including with yourself, whether you work with me as an individual or a couple. I will provide you a nonjudgmental, compassionate and supportive—and sometimes challenging—space where you may achieve genuine self-reflection, understanding and self-actualization. I work with couples in all stages, whether it be in my Marriage/Relationship Prep Course for new couples, building skills and restoring connections in weekly therapy or weekend intensives, or helping them uncouple in a healthy way.
