For over twenty five years I have enjoyed counseling individuals. I work with them to develop coping strategies which will improve their situation and empower them to achieve more satisfying lives. My successes come because I start where my clients are and treat them non-judgmentally. As essential as that is, I also believe in solution focused and cognitive behavioral therapy. My goal is for them to learn from therapy, not to make therapy a way of life.
