Thanks for being here! I work with children, teens, and young adults who struggle with excessive worry, low self-esteem and confidence, peer issues, parental conflict/divorce, parent-child conflict, trauma, anger, and behavior issues. I teach kiddos and young adults how to manage their emotions, communicate effectively, and set boundaries through interventions that meet their needs. I like to use art and play interventions to support kiddos and young adults express their emotions in a creative way. I also like to use behavioral modification techniques to help them learn alternative and healthy behaviors. Along the way, I also support parents on how to implement healthy communication, boundaries, and coping skills for their children.
