My name is Nancy Herrera-Cheng, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) working with clients in California via telehealth. I work with adult individuals to develop coping strategies for anxiety and stress, improve relationships, develop communication skills, and set boundaries to gain peace. I am also trauma-informed. My theoretical approach is built on a foundation of the Person-Centered approach integrating other evidence-based modalities to meet the individual's needs. I work in partnership with my clients to develop and prioritize goals. Together, we will track progress as we work to accomplish their goals.
