Broken relationships, being "stuck" in unhealthy patterns, negative self-thoughts, and imprints from past abuse can feel overwhelming, but freedom is possible. I approach soul care with authenticity, compassion, honesty, and a non-judgmental approach, and I am passionate about helping women address emotional pain and experience God's restoration out of brokenness. It is a beautiful process to witness, and I am honored when I am trusted with an opportunity to be a part of it! Some of the issues I have worked with include sexual, physical, and emotional abuse, low self-worth, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, women experiencing marital conflict, grief, anger, addiction, perfectionism, shame/guilt issues, and infertility in clients ranging from age 12 to 80.
