Life is full of challenges and we don’t have to face them alone. In our dark moments, someone can be there shining light at the different possibilities, or simply offering a different perspective that you’re currently unable to see. I specialize in working with adults that are experiencing various challenges such as depression, anxiety, sudden life transitions, self-esteem, trauma, sexual abuse, violent crime survivors, stress, and relationship issues. It is an honor to be able to hold a safe space for my clients to share what is happening in their lives.
