I’ll tell you about me, but first some advice: You’re here to find someone to help with your struggles, so look for a therapist who gets you, and trust your gut. I don’t know what you want help with—Relationships? Getting unstuck? Anger? Finding happiness? Maybe you can't pin it down. The truth is, it’s usually not just one thing. Whatever it is, we can figure it out and make your life better (whether it’s pretty good already or feels downright terrible).
