I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20+ years’ experience. As a Focusing Oriented Therapist, I have found that teaching focusing helps people learn to listen to an inner guiding voice that reveals what is true and right for them. Teaching focusing gives individuals more confidence in themselves and in sensing and knowing what is best for them. Learning focusing helps individuals to trust their gut so they can live their own truth. Focusing is a gentle, fast and effective therapy as compared with other treatment models. Learning how to focus will enable you to find and change where your life is stuck and/or cramped.
