If you are going through a difficult time, feeling depressed, anxious, alone or overwhelmed, I can help. I work with individual adults and adolescents who are navigating depression, anxiety and relationship issues. My clinical orientation is psychodynamic and relational. I'm interested not only in symptoms, but in the emotional logic beneath them. I also value integrating practical tools when helpful, like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for managing acute anxiety or depresive spirals.
