I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. I hold a Master's Degree in Professional Counseling and am a Maryland Board-approved supervisor. I have over 10 years of experience helping clients move forward from their stuck points, empowering them to re-engage in life. Many clients I helped struggled with anxiety, depression, and some form of addiction. I was able to help many people by showing them how to make choices that put them back in the driver's seat in their lives. I use strength-based techniques and evidence-based treatment strategies. My therapeutic style is warm, empathic, & collaborative. Clients can expect the first session to be an information-gathering session, with the goal of gaining an understanding of their life in general and the specific concerns that have brought them to therapy. My greatest strength as a provider is my ability to provide empathetic listening. Hearing the client's struggle and also hearing what is not being said.
