Wanting to make a change in your life, however big or small, can be a very difficult but important realization. Working through options, concerns, and even generating new possibilities in a caring, confidential, nonjudgmental environment are all part of the therapy process. There are always choices and even the seemingly roughest of situations can always be managed. It can be a very exciting and rewarding journey that I have seen countless times and am privileged to be a part of. I have had extensive experience in substance abuse, anxiety/ depression, and relationship/ family issues as well as other life challenges.
