I am a LCSW in both NY and CT states and a wellness coach with an eclectic approach to mind-body psychotherapy and stress reduction, utilizing mindfulness techniques and biofeedback practices. I will work with you to enhance your sense of self-empowerment with a focus on re-creating mastery and restoring wellness and balance. I employ the creative arts when applicable in my practice to facilitate fuller expression and to develop and enrich personal metaphors (especially therapeutic writing and the action methods of psychodrama).
