I love helping individuals or couples who feel stuck or keep repeating the same old patterns gain clarity and climb out of pain. I can help you move into more caring and safer relationships with yourself and others. Many clients have told me that they feel safe with me and that I "get them". I work particularly well with Highly Sensitive and Creative people who have had trouble connecting to other therapists. I graduated with a Masters from the University of Chicago specializing in individual, couples and family therapy. I offer both long and short-term counseling as well as Clinical Consultation for other therapists.
