I believe that everyone has within them an abundant reservoir of love. Oftentimes, our access to this force is obscured by the wear and tear of life - traumatic experiences, structural injustices, interpersonal upheaval, moral injury, spiritual confusion… and the defenses we create to survive in response. At With Love Psychotherapy, my goal is to facilitate a homecoming to this force - for individuals and couples - as they work toward creating a life that feels aligned and meaningful. In this work, there is nothing to be ‘fixed’. There is only the intentional movement toward what serves you.
