Welcome. My approach to therapy is collaborative and results-focused. I am told that I am insightful and my knowledge and perspective are helpful. I can be direct when needed and think humor can sometimes lighten challenging situations. Better understanding ourselves can lead to lasting change in our lives even when we previously felt stuck. My background as an engineer and manager means I understand the pressures of working in the tech industry. Often very successful people still need support in one aspect of their lives. I have experience with clients from 5-85 years old and from many different cultures and backgrounds.
