I work with people to support their emotional needs, offer tools for a life that feels less stressful and more fulfilling, and make space to process the uncomfortable and difficult feelings that often directly affect creativity, personal and professional relationships and growth. I offer art therapy as an additional and impactful layer to talk therapy. Through art making and exploring visual art materials and writing practices, as well as somatic inquiry, I am able to support my clients in peeling back layers of personal understanding and creating reparative care and personal inquiry.
