Whether you are dealing with life long issues, or have suddenly found yourself struggling, you will find I provide a safe, supportive, and nurturing therapeutic setting where we can work together to help you resolve problems, gain insight, learn skills, and make changes for the better. My background includes therapy work at the Intensive Outpatient Program for adults in crisis at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center in the Community Psychiatry Program where I conducted both individual and group therapy.
