Recognizing that you need help is a courageous first step toward healing. Life is filled with twists and turns. Sometimes we run into a turn that is too sharp, and we hit a wall. Although we cannot avoid adversity, we can learn and grow from it, even as we experience feelings of insurmountable distress. Together we will work toward uncovering that strength and empowering you to lead an authentic life, filled with self-compassion and enhanced by healthy coping skills and improved relationships. I compassionately work with teens, adults, and couples undergoing life transitions, and suffering from anxiety, depression and grief.
